Orders & Shipping Policy -A combination of high quality paper, safety features, accurate encoding and careful printing ensure the excellence of every product we sell. We specialize in banking related financial documents and commercial forms. Our products are printed by professionals with over a century of check printing experience. All of our products are guaranteed to work with your software program and to be accepted by your financial institution.

ORDER/REORDERING

First time orders require a voided sample of your check or deposit slip to ensure proper bank information encoding. When ordering one-write checks, please include check & journal style and number. When ordering envelopes, be sure to indicate your preferred style and indicate your software. Subsequent orders may be placed using our convenient reorder number when there are no changes. For repeat orders with changes this number should be provided with your required format and information alterations.

CUSTOM PRINTING

Custom work is available for maintaining your business image. Minor changes to manual forms and checks are available to meet your preferences at NO COST. For work that includes major typesetting, bleeds, colored ink, PMS ink matches, special type styles or screens, call us for information and pricing.

FREE LOGO/ARTWORK & FILE STORAGE

Customize your checks and forms with free logo and business slogan placement. We will even keep your artwork on file at no charge to use on your next order. Black and white logos are preferred to reproduce clearly. Color logos can be accommodated. Digital logos can be sent as bitmap (.bmp), tiff (.tif) or EPS (.eps) files. Call us for other formats prior to ordering.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Most orders are produced within five business days. Packages are normally shipped UPS Ground service. Shipping and handling charges will be added to all orders. A physical address is required for delivery, as UPS does not deliver to PO Box numbers.

RUSH SERVICES

1, 2 and 3 day in-plant rush production is available. We also offer alternative shipping methods, including UPS Next Day and Second Day Air, as well as FedEx Overnight service. Please call for information and pricing.
